3) location in Canada
4) artists bio 200 words or more
5) type(s) of artwork/medium
6) website/blog where you presently show your artwork, if any
7) Is your art listed on ebay and if not would you like to list on ebay? (NOT MANDATORY)
8) Attach image files. Up to 8 jpeg files, max size 2 mb each, named to correspond to descriptions (next)
9) A short description of each image including title (corresponding to image titles above), size, medium, print or original, price or starting bid if at auction
10) Any questions or special requests. Once we receive your e-mail, we will get back to you right away and your new Canadian Artist Gallery page will launch within a day or two.
